After completing the business integration, we are increasing our commitment to the commercial and industrial segment of the lighting market through a portfolio of product solutions and services called Flextronics Lighting Solutions. As a result the LightWild entity and brand has been retired. Existing warranty terms and replacement product procedures will be honored on all existing applications and products that ship on or before Dec 31, 2013.
