521 Atelier was founded in Manhattan more than two decades ago to integrate lighting design with interior design and architecture. Each project is unique to its clients’ sensibilities, local climate, and architecture. Our work employs various technologies, often LEDs, used to illuminate interiors, landscape, art collections, and yachts. We create custom furnishings and luminaires when needed. Our designers determine a cultural reference to focus, inspire and orient each project.
